Speaker:  Mark Evans, MSEE, MS National Strategy, and ASEP, is the INCOSE Chesapeake Chapter’s President for 2020. 

Mark Evans spoke about the relentless advance of Artificial Intelligence and the emergence of 5th Generation communications, combined with the aging/crumbling existing infrastructure present a most formidable triple threat to Systems Engineering and its practitioners. He explained how the survivability of the profession depends upon a systems engineering vision that will meet this triple threat.

During the Chapter Dinner meeting, the 2020 Board of Directors for the INCOSE Chesapeake Chapter were installed. Past President, Grace Crowder, PhD, presided over the proceedings.
