Dr. David Flanigan, CSEP, our incoming 2022 Chapter President, discussed how over the last two years, the world has had to adapt to different work and life practices during the pandemic. As our chapter continues to operate within the environment, Dr. Flanigan shares a few perspectives on systems engineering activities as we look at the coming year with an emphasis on the Chesapeake Chapter.
