George is an ESEP certified Systems Engineer with 25 current and continuous years of experience with the United States of America Department of Defense. He is an expert in the use of the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) development, strategic planning, policy development, risk management and requirements elicitation. His primary product areas are IT networks and converged services including voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Video Teleconferencing systems, collaboration tools and Information Technology (IT) cross-domain security solutions. He has participated in major IT development, acquisition and deployment programs within the Intelligence Community including support to Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the National Security Agency (NSA) and DoD.

George also has spent 35 years in manufacturing, process, and design engineering relating to aerospace products, mechanical design, and turbine engines. This included managerial and program management experience in manufacturing and product development. Other experience includes: quality assurance, process improvement (ISO 9000, 6 Sigma, CMMI), technical standards development, air vehicle preliminary design and wind tunnel testing.

 George served as President of INCOSE Chesapeake Chapter for 6 years (2 separate terms) and was awarded the prestigious INCOSE Founders Award for his dedication to Systems Engineering in INCOSE International Symposium July 2017. Over the years, George has mentored many engineers, many have since become Certified Systems Engineering Professionals and many have taken on leadership positions within the Chapter.
