Jim DeCamp, ASEP

Secretary 2019 - 2021

Mr. Jim DeCamp is currently working as a Systems Engineer with the Department of Defense, within a hardware development organization. Long time experience as an Electrical Engineer including hardware/software design and signal processing efforts (DSPs, FPGAs, board and system level designs).

He has served as Technical Project Lead on many successful technology development efforts including numerous quick reaction deployment efforts, and is currently the government lead/representative on his office’s Systems Engineering team. Education background includes a BSEE from the University of Maryland and MSEE from Johns Hopkins University. He has been an active member of IEEE since college.
